Shipping & Delivery

At Glowtiqa Paris, we prioritize secure shipping. Please note that delivery times vary based on your payment method:

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24 hours.
• Prepaid Orders: Priority dispatch. Delivered in 2 to 4 business days.
• COD Orders: Standard dispatch. Delivered in 6 to 7 business days due to verification and logistics processing.
• Couriers: We use premium courier partners to ensure your package arrives safely.

Payment & COD Policy

We accept secure online payments (UPI, Cards, Netbanking) and Cash on Delivery (COD).

• How to Order COD: Please contact +91 6361958069 (WhatsApp/Call) to verify your details and place your request.
• Delivery Timeline: COD orders take 6-7 days to arrive.
• Delivery Fee: A flat shipping & handling fee of ₹200 applies to all Cash on Delivery orders.
• Advance Payment: To confirm your COD order, a partial advance payment of ₹400 is required via UPI/QR Code.
• Pay on Delivery: The remaining amount (Total Order Value + ₹200 Shipping - ₹400 Advance) is payable to the delivery agent in cash.

*Refusal to accept the package upon delivery will result in the forfeiture of the advance payment to cover logistics costs.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (skincare and personal hygiene), Glowtiqa Paris maintains a strict No Return and No Refund policy.

Once a product has been sold and delivered, we cannot accept it back for health and safety reasons. This ensures that every customer receives a brand new, unopened, and uncontaminated product.

Exceptions:

• If you receive a damaged or broken seal product, please contact us immediately upon delivery with photos/video evidence.
• If the wrong item was delivered to you by mistake.

In the case of a damaged item, please contact our support team at glowtiqa@gmail.com or WhatsApp us within 24 hours of delivery.

Privacy Policy

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.

• Data Collection: We collect only the information necessary to process your order (Name, Address, Phone Number, Email).
• Security: Your payment information is processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your credit/debit card details on our servers.
